DANAFOREVER
In 2013, my longtime flatmate moved out. At that point, I had already been working for several years as a lifestyle photojournalist, and I saw this change as an opportunity to explore new directions. That’s when I opened my home studio, which I named DANAFOREVER.
During this period, I delved into a new dynamic, one that was the opposite of my usual work—welcoming people into my space and directing not just the subjects but also the environment.
However, my wanderlust made it difficult to stay rooted for long. Over time, the studio transformed into a traveling one, allowing me to stay on the move while continuing my creative work. The images below capture a rare moment from this brief chapter when I stayed in one place and fully embraced the stationary studio experience.
